Tips from Your Wedding Photographer
- Reading all of the information and viewing the samples on this web page is a very good start in being prepared for your wedding day photography at Aria.
- Please fill out our photography questionnaire. The information provided by you will help our creative staff tremendously. If you have a shot list you can upload or create one on the questionnaire.
- Please make an appointment with our Photography Consultant scott@luxepixel.com to view your wedding photos in-person or online.
- Please inform family and bridal party members that they will be included in photos immediately following the ceremony. This will help insure that nobody wanders off.
- We recommend additional photography time if you’d like photos around the grounds. Packages with only 45 minutes of photography time goes by very quickly. Group photos of 20+ people generally take about 10-15 minutes to pose and capture.
- If you have additional photography time around the grounds, be prepared for some walking. We try to make the most of your additional time around the grounds and we will try to get you to as many locations in the time we have with you.
- Stress shows in photos, so have fun and relax. You’ll need energy for the day so make sure you’ve had something to eat prior to your ceremony and are well hydrated.
- If you have friends and family back home watching your ceremony video via the webcast, please make sure you have provided them with the link. Also, wedding start times at Aria are on the Pacific Time Zone. For example a 2pm wedding live webcast at Aria is at 5pm on the east coast. If anyone misses the live webcast, the video is immediately available for on demand viewing for a minimum of 24 hours following the ceremony.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can we add additional photography time with our photographer?
A: Yes, we offer additional photography time either a la carte or in photography packages. Please contact us for more information.

Q: Is it possible to meet with our photographer prior to our event to go over details?
A: Yes, either in-person or via phone, we can arrange a photo consultation with your photographer. We highly recommend a consultation for events with 3 or more hours of total photography time.

Q: How do I receive the prints included with my package?
A: We provide a 30 day online proofing gallery for you to choose the images you’d like printed that are included with your package. The prints are then shipped to you.

Q: The images in my online gallery have a watermark across them, will this be on my prints or digital images?
A: The watermark across the images only appears on the online proofing gallery. Prints will not have a watermark, nor will purchased digital image collections. Printed photos will however have a copyright notice printed on the back of the print preventing any scanning or duplication from photo labs.

Q: Do you offer the images in digital format or are they included?
A: Digital images are NOT included with any wedding package. We offer the digital images as a complete collection including the copyright release as an upgrade option available for purchase.

Q: How much does it cost to purchase the digital images collection?
A: The price of the digital image collection varies based on total shooting duration. Please contact us for pricing.

Q: Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?
A: Luxe Pixel is the only studio allowed to photograph and/or video wedding events at Aria, either in the chapel or around the property. Any other photographers found photographing wedding couples on Aria property will be stopped by Aria security and possibly escorted off the property.

Q: How do friends and family watch the live webcast and what is the link?
A: Your live webcast will be available at https://livestream.com/luxepixel. From there you can navigate to your event by wedding date and name. Events are created on this site 1-2 weeks prior to event date. If your event is not listed on this site within 1 week of your event, please contact us. At the start of your ceremony your webcast will stream live, after the broadcast the video will be available on demand for 24 hours (some packages provide longer on demand availability).
Please note that wedding ceremonies taking place outside of the chapel are not live and take up to 2 hours to be on demand.
We loved our photographer! She was very sweet and professional. We got all of the standard poses plus a bunch more. We let her be as creative as she wanted, and we weren’t disappointed. There isn’t a single picture we didn’t like…
We had an AMAZING photographer!!! Danelle was amazing!! She took us to several locations posed us and was a joy to be around. I would highly recommend this company to any bride to be. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Booked them for our wedding day. A dream to work with. The picbot photobooth was a guest favorite, in fact probably half the guests made the photos their facebook profile pics. Also our videographer was so patient with our photographer and we had a great time with him. He was super nice and just a joy to have with us all day. Thanks so much for making our day perfect!
